A small and personal group class for pregnant & postpartum Moms

Join me, Dr. Rachel Elizabeth Miller, PT, DPT, PCES & my team for a Core Defined Mama class, now offered for small groups of 8–10 women at my clinic or offered virtually.

This interactive class provides a holistic and integrative approach to healing and reconnecting with your body after pregnancy.

Learn the Key Components of Core Defined TM

• Understanding Your Body: Learn about female anatomy and how your core system functions.

Restoring Your Core: Reconnect with your core using the dynamics of breath.

• Body Awareness: Develop awareness of your inner core, back muscles, and pelvic floor.

• Healthy Movements: Practice safe, functional movements for your daily activities.

• Women’s Health Topics: Discuss incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, and other postpartum concerns.

• Targeted Exercises: Receive exercises to address back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, and more.

Our team has taught numerous mom groups across Metro Detroit for over a decade including: MOPS or MomCo, Fit4Mom, Club Pilates, Pregnancy and Postpartum Yoga teacher training, Kensington Moms, Christian Doulas of Michigan, midwives, physicians, doulas, other birth workers, female jiujitsu athletes, and at other church or mom community events.

This class will give you information that you can apply for the rest of your life.  Our team has worked with many women for years teaching the above components and it has drastically changed their lives.  We have seen pain reduce, and quality of life improve such as women reporting they no longer pee their pants when coughing, laughing or jumping.  This class will help your group learn how to have greater confidence in your movement now and for the future.
