Dr. Rachael Elizabeth

Sharla Buza
Greetings, I am so honored to cross your path.
My name is Sharla and I am a mother and a wife, a Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Fitness Coach. I began my Women’s Health journey within a year of graduate school in the year 2000. At this time, I did not have a family, however I was very intrigued by the female body and changes that occur across the lifespan.
Upon having three children over a period of five years, I realized that my body had gone through many amazing and beautiful changes, however I needed to create a new baseline postpartum. By addressing my whole self in the healing process and using my professional knowledge, I was able to find the best version of myself. It is my personal mission to meet you where you are and help you do the same. I am excited to join Rachael and share the passion of helping women restore optimal health and wellness.
It would be a privilege to share and influence your healing journey.

We are so excited to support you in your journey with Dr. Rachael and her team. We absolutely love working in virtual services, as we are able to connect with clients, help build systems and business processes, and engage in our creative side with social media and other writing and design!
When we aren’t working, we are almost always outside – okay, maybe we also work outside sometimes!! We absolutely love traveling in our tiny camper with our pup, Murphy! In our free time, we will typically be found scouting flowers on a hiking path, breathing a little too hard up a mountain bike trail, or playing games!
If you have any questions or need additional support, we are your go-to team! We can’t wait to chat with you!

The Path to Wellness
I help mamas discover that the process of becoming and being a mother doesn’t have to be scary. Instead, pregnancy, giving birth and postpartum life can be customized to align with what they envision all stages of motherhood to be like.
So many mamas and mamas-to-be feel afraid of the unknown and wonder if they are going to be able to handle pregnancy, labor and delivery, and recovery. They are often led to believe they must rely on the health professionals on their team to tell them the right ways to stay healthy and happy in the process. But, what I know and believe is that mamas have so many tools and skills in their own power that can bring a healthy labor, delivery, and recovery for both mama and baby.
For 2 decades I’ve become a mom to 5 kids via multiple birth methods and settings, and I’ve also built a thriving women’s health physical therapy and coaching practice. In that process, I have learned first hand that each mom’s journey from pregnancy to recovery is unique and can be full of joy and excitement, rather than fear.
