Are you looking for simple a pelvic floor exercise?
What about kegels? Do you know how to do them properly?
There are many cues we can use to help you learn.
One I love is thinking there is a blueberry outside your lady parts and you are going to lift and squeeze the blueberry. 🫐
Now for the pelvic floor exercise:
1. Rotate your pelvis forward and squeeze. Then relax and let the kegel go.
2. Rotate back and squeeze the blueberry. Then relax and let the kegel go.
3. Move your pelvis right in the middle so you are not too far forward or backward and squeeze the blueberry and you should feel a nice lift of the front and back of your pelvic floor.
Over the years I have seen ladies feel step 1 & 2 in different areas and that’s okay! If you do not feel the front and back together in the neutral pelvis then let’s talk!
