1. Lie down on your back with your knees up.โฃ
2. Place the web of your hand at the crease of your leg on both sides.โฃ
3. Lightly push your legs away & feel release of tension in your low back.โฃ
4. Hold as long as needed as much as necessaryโฆor until arms are tired.โฃ

This can be done whether pregnant or postpartum. Prego mamas make sure it is okay with your provider to lie on your back.โฃ

Another tip for back pain after birth – try foam rolling for a tight upper mama back!โฃ
Search for those tight spots hiding in your back while foam rolling. You may have to turn your body a little on an angle and cross your arms.โฃ

Once find them, let your bum rest on the floor and breath into the spots and envision melting it like ice cream melting! โฃ
โฃ
Afterward, end lying over the foam roller parallel to your spine. Get the little squishy muscle area at the base of your skull on the edge of the foam roller. Then extend your arms to the sides and enjoy.โฃ
